Instructions
Directions: Cinnamon & Spice, Oats & Flax: With Hot Water: Empty packet into bowl. Add up to 1/2 to 2/3 cup boiling water and stir. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Microwave: Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add up to 2/3 cup water (or milk) and stir. Microwave the uncovered bowl on high 45 to 60 seconds (Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time) or until cereal begins to thicken. Carefully remove hot bowl from microwave oven. Stir and serve. Apple & Cinnamon, Maple & Brown Sugar: With Hot Water: Empty packet into bowl. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and stir. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Microwave: Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add up 2/3 to 3/4 cup water (or milk) and stir.
