Instructions

Microwave Oven: Cook only one meal at a time. 1. Microwave on high 4-1/2 to 6 minutes. No need to vent film. 2. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 1 minute and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove film and cover tray with foil. 3. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 40 minutes. Remove foil and cook an additional 5 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand 1 minute and enjoy! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw.
