Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food product may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For you protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Reheating Instructions: This ham is fully cooked and ready to eat as is it is also delicious hot. Heating Instructions for Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove all packaging from ham. Place ham cut side down in oven safe dish and cover with lid or foil. Heat for 10-12 minutes/pound or until heated through. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 10-15 minutes before serving. Shake Portion 1. Cut along bone to remove large boneless pieces. 2. Slice pieces across the grain to desired thickness.
