To capture that pure grape sweetness – no flavorings, no other fruit – Dave researched mellow Muscat grapes used to make sweet moscato wines. Working with Duplin winemakers, Dave discovered that magic happened when the gentle caress of moscato wine's enchanting floral honey notes met muscadine’s audacious Southern charm. Sunshine in a bottle was born.Three years in the making, Muscadine Moscato sent our wine makers on a search for the finest moscato wine to meld with Duplin's famous muscadine. "We're the first to do this, and no one can do it like we can," Dave says.
