Instructions
Microwave: Thawing Instructions Thaw desired amount on plate at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes or place in microwave-safe dish and thaw on Defrost setting for 1 minute. Serve slightly frozen. Do not refreeze. Great for smoothies! Keep frozen.
