Description
Since 1950. Classic Potato Pasta. Gnocchi [pronounced n'yaw-kee] hail from Lombardy, a province of Northern Italy, where the potato and soft wheat grown in this region gave gnocchi their start. Made with 85% potato, DeLallo Potato Gnocchi are light and airy with a savory flavor, bringing the rich tradition of Northern Italian cuisine to each package. We are proud to offer an authentic Italian recipe perfected by generations of passion and precision.
Instructions
Cooking preparation: 1. Boil 5 quarts of water in a large pot, add approx. 3 tbsp. salt. 2. Remove gnocchi from pouch and add to boiling water. 3. Boil for 3-4 min, stirring occasionally, until all the gnocchi float to the top. 4. Drain in a colander and serve with your favorite DeLallo sauce. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 days.

85% Potato Puree (Water, Potato Flakes), Wheat Flour, Salt, Natural Flavor, Dusted with Rice Flour, Lactic Acid (Acidity Corrector), Sorbic Acid (Preservative).
