Instructions
Serving Suggestion: Salad Dressing: Combine 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) sour cream with 1/2 cup milk. Add one pouch of ranch dip mix and whisk until smooth. Rancho Primavera Salad: Make salad dressing as directed above. In a separate large bowl, combine 4 cups of cooked, cooled penne pasta and 1 cup each of chopped broccoli, bell peppers, cucumbers and grape tomatoes. Add 1/2 cup each of shredded carrots and onions. Toss with dressing and serve.
