Description
High Fiber. Non GMO. This hearty blend of beans is an excellent of fiber and great for soups and chilis. Add your favorite seasonings to create an easy-to-prepare meal you'll feel good about eating.
Instructions
Basic cooking instructions: Stovetop: Rinse 1 cup soup mix and place in a large pot with J cups water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, about 60-90 minutes. Add vegetables and seasonings as desired, then serve. Slow Cooker: Rinse 1 cup soup mix and place in a slow cooker with 4 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, then serve. Multi-Cooker: Rinse 1 cup soup mix and place in the pot of a multi-cooker with 3 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Set the valve to sealing. On manual setting and high pressure, set for 40 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 20 minutes, then serve. Makes 4 servings. Note: To reduce cooking time, soak 1 cup soup mix overnight in 3 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Drain and follow cooking instructions above. Store in a cool, dry place. Tear here to open.
