Each item is individually packaged in a 3 ounce clear tray. Want to turn an average charcuterie board into a memorable one? Follow the following tips and tricks:1. Choose accompaniments that will complement your charcuterie board. Sprigs of Rosemary, Grapes, Oranges, Figs, and Thyme are all beautiful garnishes.2. For optimal flavor, allow the Charcuterie to come to room temperature before serving.3. Serve your Boar’s Head Charcuterie board with a full-bodied red wine or a craft beer.

Instructions

Pairing Recommendations: Rich cheese such as Boar's Head Irish cheddar. Nutty and creamy cheese such as Boar's Head Blanc Grue Gruyere Cheese. Full bodied red wine such as a Shiraz, Cabernet or Malbec. Lush and bright white wine such as Chardonnay or Prosecco. Light lager. Board Pro Tips: Plan for 2 oz of meat and 2 oz of cheese per guest. For best flavor, let the board sit for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Add variety to your board with Boar's Head Pickles and Boar's Head Hummus. Keep refrigerated.
