Description

Adzuki beans, spinach, zucchini, carrots, gochujang, brown and wild rice. 10 g protein; 10 g fiber; 0 g added sugars. Gluten free. Vegan. Non-GMO Project verified. nongmoproject.org. Crafted for longevity. Served in compostable bowls. Inspired by the iconic Korean Bibimbap, this flavorful bowl has been beloved in Korea for over a thousand years. Bibimbap, meaning mixed rice, is seasonal and customizable, always featuring an array of colorful vegetables with rice - ingredients common in the blue zones, areas of the world known for longevity. Our take on this classic dish uses gochujang sauce to spice adzuki beans, spinach, zucchini, and carrots, served over a blend of brown, red and wild rice. A note from dan I've spent 20 years as a National Geographic Explorer to discover the world's blue zones and their longevity secrets. I've found if you want to live to 100, you have to regularly eat a clean, whole food plant-based diet. These meals fulfill my mission to provide easy, affordable meals that are formulated for longevity and maniacally delicious. Enjoy and I'll see you at 100!
