Instructions
Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Microwave on high 9 minutes. 2. Stir meal; replace film. 3. Microwave an additional 3 to 6 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes. Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Cook on a baking sheet in center of oven 35 minutes. 3. Stir meal; replace film and cook an additional 15 to 17 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand 2 minutes. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen; cook as directed.
