You can also pour the rice into a skillet, add two tablespoons of water and heat it until ready to serve. Pair this long grain white rice with your favorite meats or serve it plain. This parboiled rice is vegetarian, low in fat, and contains very low sodium, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no preservatives, trans fat, or cholesterol.
