Description

Plant based. Microwave or regular oven. From our home to yours. Noodles, a staple of Chinese cookery, are served in popular noodle houses all over the world. Each house offers its own variations. What they have in common is noodles: oodles of them - wheat noodles, rice noodles, mung bean noodles in all shapes - fat, thin, flat and curly. What distinguishes one dish from another is what goes in with the noodles, and what goes in with the rice noodles in Amy's noodle meal is distinctive. Baked tofu, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, julienned carrots and lots of other organic vegetables are immersed in sauce. Once again, it's the sauce that makes the difference. We've taken a traditional sauce and added cashew butter to create a sauce to top a meal so delicious your guests might make your house the noodle house of your neighborhood. Family Owned Since 1987: After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products.

Instructions

Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3-1/2 - 4-1/2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
