Uncle Chris's Pimento Cheese Nachos
A combination of Uncle Chris's creamy pimento cheese and SausageWorks ground sausage is enough to make anyone's mouth water! Then top it on some crispy tortilla chips and you have yourself a masterpiece!
Ingredients
- 1, 12 Ounce Container of Uncle Chris’ Premium Pimento Cheese
- 1/2 Pound of Ground SausageWorks sausage (Uncle Chris Uses Trusty Farmer or The Farmer's Daughter for Some Added Spice).
- 2 Sprigs of Green Onion
- 1 Bag of Your Favorite Tortilla Chips
Directions
Brown the sausage and drain. Place pimento cheese in a microwave safe container and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until just melted, but do not bring to a boil. (Note: The pimento cheese may be melted at a low temp on top of the stove, stirring constantly.) Stir in browned sausage. Chop green onion tops for garnish. Spoon over your favorite tortilla chips, or just dig right in!
