Ultra Seltzer Hollywood Highball
Triple distilled vodka mixed with fresh lime juice, simple syrup, fresh cucumber ribbons and Michelob Ultra® Cucumber Lime Organic Seltzer. Served over ice and garnished with fresh lime and cilantro.
Ingredients
- Ultra Seltzer Cucumber Lime Organic Seltzer: 6 ounces
- Vodka: 2 ounces
- Simple Syrup: .5 ounce
- Cucumber Ribbon: 1 each
- Cucumber Slices: 2 each
- Lime Juice: .75 ounce
- Lime Wheel: 1 each
- Cilantro Spring: 2 each
- Ice: As Needed
Directions
Spiral the cucumber ribbon onto the inside of a 16 oz. highball glass. Fill 3/4 of the way with ice and set aside. Add vodka, lime juice, cucumber slices and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Muddle to combine. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker begins to frost. Strain contents into the ice filled glass and top with Michelob Ultra® Cucumber Lime Organic Seltzer. Garnish with lime wheel and cilantro sprigs.
