Sushi Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 Piece Of Whole Wheat Bread (Crust On Or Off)
- 1 Slice Of Avocado
- Small Handful Of Spinach
- Small Handful Of Shredded Mozzarella
- 1-2 Slices Of Deli Chicken Or Turkey Breast
Directions
Spread the avocado as evenly as possible on the slice of bread. Spread out the spinach leaves on the bread. Add the turkey. Add the mozzarella. Roll the bread tightly and cut off any excess bread. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 4 or 5 pieces. Serve cold. Use mustard for an optional dipping sauce.
