Ingredients

  1. 1 Piece Of Whole Wheat Bread (Crust On Or Off)
  2. 1 Slice Of Avocado
  3. Small Handful Of Spinach
  4. Small Handful Of Shredded Mozzarella
  5. 1-2 Slices Of Deli Chicken Or Turkey Breast

Directions

  • Spread the avocado as evenly as possible on the slice of bread.
  • Spread out the spinach leaves on the bread.
  • Add the turkey.
  • Add the mozzarella.
  • Roll the bread tightly and cut off any excess bread.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 4 or 5 pieces.
  • Serve cold.
  • Use mustard for an optional dipping sauce.
