Super Citrus Juice
Let this citrus kick up your juice and make something healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 Large Orange, Juiced
- 1/2 Lemon, Juiced
- 4 Cups Natural Apple Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Skin Removed
- Cayenne Spice (A Few Dashes)
Directions
Manually squeeze the lemon and orange juice. For the ginger, you will need to micro-plane it into a fine grated texture. Then add the grated ginger and apple juice to a sealed container and shake vigorously. Strain this apple-ginger mixture through a fine mesh strainer to catch the ginger bits. Then gently stir the strained apple-ginger juice into the rest of the fresh squeezed juice (citrus). Stir in the cayenne. Sip and enjoy!
