Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast, Halved, Boneless
- 2 Ounces Prosciutto, Diced
- 2 Packages (5.2 Ounces Each) Boursin Cheese
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Directions
Cut the whole chicken breast in half. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Pan sear the seasoned chicken breast skin side down (only sear the skin side). Remove the chicken breast from the pan and let cool slightly. With a boning knife, cut a pocket in each of the chicken breast. In a separate bowl, mix the Boursin Cheese and the prosciutto. Stuff the Boursin Cheese and the prosciutto mixture into each of the pockets cut into the chicken breast. Place the stuffed chicken breast onto a rack and bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Enjoy!
