Spicy Tuna Wontons
Spicy Tuna Wontons RIGHT FROM THE FAMOUS HANK SAUCE RESTAURANT
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce tuna steak
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Wonton wrappers
- Diced avocado
- 2 tablespoon mayo
- 1 tablespoon Hank’s Heat
- Sesame seeds
Directions
Chop tuna steak into fine pieces and place in a medium bowl. In a separate small bowl add mayo, Hank’s Heat, and lemon juice. Mix into tuna until desired consistency. Store in refrigerator to chill. Grease a mini muffin pan and tuck one wrapper evenly into each opening, baked until golden brown, 7-10 minutes. Let wontons come to room temperature then fill with a tablespoon of spicy tuna mix. Top with diced avocado and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
