SausageWorks Low Country Boil
An all-you-can-eat buffet in one pot!
Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoons Seafood Seasoning Per Quart Of Water
- 3 Pounds Unpeeled Fresh Shrimp
- 6 Cooked Links Of The Ragin’ Cajun Or The Hoppy Yummy Sausage, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
- 12 New Potatoes
- 6 Ears Of Corn
Directions
Fill large pot with water, add seafood seasoning to taste, and bring it to a boil. Add potatoes and The Hoppy Yummy Sausage to boiling water. Cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat. Add corn and cook for 10 more minutes. Add shrimp when everything is almost done, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Drain ingredients from water and serve.
