SausageWorks Cheese Bread
Show off your entertaining skills with this delicious SausageWorks cheese bread! Great for parties or just a night at home watching the game!
Ingredients
- 1 Wewalka Refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 2 SausageWorks Links, Cooked and Chopped
- 1 Cup Shredded Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Spice Bazaar Mediterranean Spice Grinder
- Tomato Sauce, for Dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle sausage and cheese lengthwise in center, leaving 1-1.5 inches on top and bottom. Lightly fold top and bottom of dough together to create a loaf shape, Pinch top seam and sides together to seal. With a sharp knife, make 5 small slits on top of loaf. Sprinkle with Mediterranean herb seasoning to taste. Bake at 400° until dough is golden brown and cheese is melted (15-20 minutes). Slice and serve with tomato sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
