S'mores Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 4-1/2 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, divided
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- 4 teaspoons marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoons chocolate sauce
Directions
Crush 4 whole grahams finely; place in medium bowl. Stir in sugar and baking powder. Add butter and egg; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into 2 (8-oz.) microwaveable mugs sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Let stand 1 min. Break remaining graham piece in half. Top desserts with marshmallow creme, chocolate sauce and graham pieces.
