Quick and Easy Crepes
This recipe is great for a sweet breakfast or a succulent and savory supper that will make everyone happy!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Flour, Sifted
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Milk
- Cooking Spray Or Oil
Directions
Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan over medium heat. Mix together all ingredients in order. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the center of the nonstick pan. Tilt pan in all directions until there is a thin layer of batter coats the entire pan. Cook until edges begin to brown. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds or until both sides are browned. Slip crepe onto a plate and repeat steps until all batter is used.
