Ingredients

  1. 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
  2. 3 Eggs
  3. 1 Cup Flour, Sifted
  4. 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  5. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  6. 1 & 1/2 Cups Milk
  7. Cooking Spray Or Oil

Directions

  • Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • Mix together all ingredients in order.
  • Pour ¼ cup of batter into the center of the nonstick pan.
  • Tilt pan in all directions until there is a thin layer of batter coats the entire pan.
  • Cook until edges begin to brown.
  • Flip and cook for another 30 seconds or until both sides are browned.
  • Slip crepe onto a plate and repeat steps until all batter is used.
