Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Enjoy the taste of pumpkin pie anytime with this cool, creamy refreshing smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Purée
- 6 Ounces Vanilla Yogurt (Regular or Greek)
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Spice
- 1 Small Banana
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Cup Ice, More As Desired
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. NOTES: For a less sweet (and healthier) version, use plain yogurt in place of vanilla. Consider adding protein or flax to add extra nutrients. For thinner smoothie, slowly add water or milk to desired consistency.
