  1. 1 Cup Pumpkin Purée
  2. 6 Ounces Vanilla Yogurt (Regular or Greek)
  3. 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Spice
  4. 1 Small Banana
  5. 1 1/2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  7. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
  8. 1 Cup Ice, More As Desired

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
  • NOTES: For a less sweet (and healthier) version, use plain yogurt in place of vanilla.
  • Consider adding protein or flax to add extra nutrients.
  • For thinner smoothie, slowly add water or milk to desired consistency.
