Peach Glazed Pork Chops
Sweet and spicy boneless pork chops made with a special sauce that includes peach preserves.
Ingredients
- 3 Pork Chops
- Flour For Dusting
- 1 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Tablespoons White Wine
- One third Cup Peach Preserves
- 1 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- Oil To Coat Pan
- One forth Teaspoon Salt
- One forth Teaspoon Pepper
- Pick & Prep Peach Salsa
Directions
For the glaze; combine honey, white wine, peach preserves, white wine vinegar. Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and set aside. Heat a medium size sauté pan on high heat and coat with oil. Season pork chops with salt and pepper then lightly dust in flour just before placing in pan. Sear pork chops on each side cooking until pork is half cooked, reduce heat to medium-low then add glaze mixture. Finish cooking pork chops in the pan turning once or twice to coat with glaze. Once pork is cooked and the glaze has reduced by half, remove from pan and serve with peach salsa.
