These peanut buttery-chocolatey truffles taste like buckeyes and come together in a snap. Bite-sized bliss, if you ask us! Makes 32 truffles.

Ingredients

  1. 1 Package Nutter Butter Cookies
  2. 1 8-Ounce Block Cream Cheese, Softened
  3. 2-3 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  4. Peanut Butter (To Drizzle)

Directions

  • Crush cookies in blender or food processor. Add cream cheese and continue processing until dough is formed.
  • Scoop dough and roll into uniform balls (about 1”).
  • Place on waxed paper and freeze 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt chocolate according to package directions.
  • Using toothpick or spoon, dip balls into chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Return to waxed paper to cool.
  • Microwave peanut butter to soften slightly. Drizzle on top of balls. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to enjoy.
