Nutter Butter Cookie Balls
These peanut buttery-chocolatey truffles taste like buckeyes and come together in a snap. Bite-sized bliss, if you ask us! Makes 32 truffles.
Ingredients
- 1 Package Nutter Butter Cookies
- 1 8-Ounce Block Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2-3 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- Peanut Butter (To Drizzle)
Directions
Crush cookies in blender or food processor. Add cream cheese and continue processing until dough is formed. Scoop dough and roll into uniform balls (about 1”). Place on waxed paper and freeze 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt chocolate according to package directions. Using toothpick or spoon, dip balls into chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Return to waxed paper to cool. Microwave peanut butter to soften slightly. Drizzle on top of balls. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to enjoy.
