Ingredients

  1. 1 Jar Of Marinara Sauce Or A Pint Of Halved Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
  2. 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  3. Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
  4. 1 Lb. Pick & Prep Spiral Zucchini
  5. 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  6. 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  • Heat marinara sauce or fresh tomatoes with olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
  • If you use fresh tomatoes, add a pinch of kosher or sea salt.
  • Add spiraled zucchini to skillet cook until it reaches desired tenderness.
  • Toss with cheese and basil before serving.
  • Enjoy together!
