Ginger Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 Pounds Carrots, Peeled, Quartered And Cut Into 2-Inch-Long Sticks
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Ginger, Peeled And Grated
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- Green Onion, Sliced Thin
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté carrots with salt until tender—about 5 minutes. Add the water, brown sugar and ginger and cook for another 5 minutes or until water has reduced and carrots are glazed. Garnish with sesame seeds and onion and serve.
