Easy Roasted Vegetables
Unbelievably easy to prepare and a perfectly flavorful and healthy side dish, roasted vegetables make a great addition to the table in any season.
Ingredients
- 1-2 Pounds Vegetables Of Your Choosing, Chopped In Similar-Sized Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, More As Needed
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- White Thick Sliced Mushroom
- Baby Carrots
- Pick & Prep Cauliflower Florets
- Brussels Sprouts
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. In large bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread vegetables in single layer on baking sheet. Roast, checking every 10-15 minutes, until easily pierced with fork and showing charred, crispy edges.
