  1. 1-2 Pounds Vegetables Of Your Choosing, Chopped In Similar-Sized Pieces
  2. 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, More As Needed
  3. 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  4. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  5. White Thick Sliced Mushroom
  6. Baby Carrots
  7. Pick & Prep Cauliflower Florets
  8. Brussels Sprouts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • In large bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Spread vegetables in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Roast, checking every 10-15 minutes, until easily pierced with fork and showing charred, crispy edges.
