Easy Corn Salsa
Straight off the cob, the perfect complement to tortillas. Taste the freshness!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Of Cooked Corn, Removed From The Cob
- 1 Small Onion Chopped (About 1/2 Cup)
- 1 Cup Cilantro Shredded Or Minced
- 3 Medium Jalapenos Chopped (To Taste)
- 4 Limes
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Directions
Combine corn, onion, cilantro, and jalapenos. Squeeze the juice of the limes on the mixture. Add salt & pepper to taste. For spicier version, add additional jalapenos.
