Cookie Crumble Pie Crust
Ever wish your favorite cookie could be a pie crust? Well now it can be! Make it gluten free by using your favorite gluten free cookie.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cookie Crumbs
- 7 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Directions
Using your favorite gluten free cookie, crumble it into a medium mixing bowl. Melt 7 tablespoons of unsalted butter and place into bowl with cookie crumbles to make a thick crust. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
