Chicken Slow Cooker Tacos
We love a good slow cooker recipe. With a little prep work in the morning, you can come home to tender, flavorful chicken tacos that are ready to eat when you are.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Of Chicken Breasts
- 1 Container Pick & Prep Fajita Mix
- 1 Packet Of Taco Seasoning
- 1 Can Of Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles
- 6 Tortillas
- Pick & Prep Chunky Guacamole
- Pick & Prep Mango Salsa
- Pick & Prep Pico De Gallo
- Toppings Of Your Choosing (Optional)
Directions
Cut chicken breasts in half and place in bottom of crock pot. Coat chicken in taco seasoning. Add fajita mix to crock pot along with can of tomatoes and chiles. Cook on low 8 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken and shred. Return shredded chicken to crock pot to reheat and combine with onions and peppers. Serve on tortillas.
