Chicken Kitchen Chicken Tacos
This chicken taco is an easy and healthy beginning to a fun dinner!
Ingredients
- 8 Soft Tortillas or Taco Shells
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken From Chicken Kitchen (Or Use Fajita Mix Vegetables From Pick & Prep For Vegetarian Tacos)
- 1 1/2 Cups Lowes Foods Cheddar Or Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
- Guacamole Or Salsa From Pick & Prep
Directions
Lay out tortillas or taco shells flat onto a large cutting board or platter. Into the center area of each tortilla, place about ¾ cup of chicken meat pulled from the rotisserie chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of chicken. Fold ends of each tortilla in and then roll up the tortilla into a neat ‘package.’ Heat your soft taco in the microwave for 30 seconds. Rotate ¼ turn and heat for 30 seconds longer. Place onto a plate and top with your choice of the guacamole or the salsa. Serve and enjoy!
