Chicken Kitchen Chicken Noodle Soup
This hearty, comforting dish can be on your dinner table in no time. Requires no draining or straining and will satisfy everyone at the table.
Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 32 Ounces Lowes Foods Chicken Stock
- 2 Cups Lowes Foods Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Rubbed Sage
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt & 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Quart Pulled Chicken Kitchen Rotisserie Chicken
- 2-3 Cups Lowes Foods Wide Egg Noodles
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot and add onion and celery and cook over medium - high heat until tender. Add garlic frozen veg and chicken stock, herbs, salt and pepper. Bring to simmer and cook until all vegetables are tender. Cook noodles in a separate pot as directed. Add rotisserie chicken to soup at the end of cooking process. Add cooked noodles and serve.
