Chicken Kitchen Chicken, Apple, & Brie Pocket
Using the fresh apples makes this crunchy, and using Chicken Kitchen rotisserie chicken makes this sandwich easy!
Ingredients
- 4 Pitas Cut In Half
- 2 Cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 Large Granny Smith Apple Sliced
- 8 Ounces Of Brie
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach
- Balsamic Vinegar To Taste
Directions
Place one fourth cup of chicken in each pita. Top with an ounce of Brie. If you would like to eat the sandwich hot, you can now place in a Panini maker or brown in a skillet.
