Cheesy Spinach Poppers
These cheesy spinach poppers are the perfect snack or appetizer. Take a little spinach, a little cheese, and wrap it all up into one flaky crescent roll. Who says delicious can’t be healthy?
Ingredients
- 2 Tubes Of Crescent Rolls
- 4 Ounces Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Ounces Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 Bag Of Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Chop half the bag of spinach and place in a bowl with cheeses, salt, pepper, and red pepper then mix together. Taking the crescents from the package, divide them into triangles. Place about a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each crescent and carefully roll them up. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet and lightly brush tops with olive oil. Follow baking instructions on the crescent roll package. Serve and enjoy!
