Caprese Dip
This is a gluten free take on the classic Caprese salad. Perfect for entertaining!
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 8 Ounces Pepper Jack Cheese Block
- 8 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Medium Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Crushed Red Pepper to Taste, Optional
Directions
Cube cheeses in bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients in a small casserole dish and stir. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted. If desired, broil dip after cheese is melted to brown the top. Garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy! (Serve with gluten free crackers.)
