Ingredients

  1. One 5 Oz Bottle Original Cackalacky ® Spice Sauce (About 3/4 Cup)
  2. 2 Cups Onion, Chopped
  3. 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  4. 2 Cups Fresh Or Frozen Black-Eyed Peas (Cooked And Prepared)
  5. 2 Cups Frozen Yellow Or White Corn Kernels
  6. Chopped Fresh Cilantro As Garnish (Optional)
  7. Salt To Taste (Optional)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let stand at least 15 minutes for corn to fully defrost and flavors to combine.
  • Then, toss and serve.
  • The frozen corn will also place a quick chill on this easy dish as it defrosts.
  • Garnish with cilantro and salt to taste.
