Cackalacky Caviar Salad
This southern delicacy made in the Carolinas is great as a chip dip or even as a side salad.
Ingredients
- One 5 Oz Bottle Original Cackalacky ® Spice Sauce (About 3/4 Cup)
- 2 Cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
- 2 Cups Fresh Or Frozen Black-Eyed Peas (Cooked And Prepared)
- 2 Cups Frozen Yellow Or White Corn Kernels
- Chopped Fresh Cilantro As Garnish (Optional)
- Salt To Taste (Optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let stand at least 15 minutes for corn to fully defrost and flavors to combine. Then, toss and serve. The frozen corn will also place a quick chill on this easy dish as it defrosts. Garnish with cilantro and salt to taste.
