Blueberry Chicken Salad Wraps
Fresh blueberries add a special zing of color and flavor to these healthy, easy-to-make and super tasty wrap sandwiches, perfect for lunch on-the-go.
Ingredients
- 6 (6-Inch) Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 3 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Celery, Finely Chopped
- 2 Cups Cooked Chicken, Diced
- 3/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 6 Large Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Toothpicks (Optional)
Directions
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, celery and salt in medium bowl. Add chicken and blueberries and mix until chicken and blueberries are coated. Warm tortillas in microwave, wrapped in damp paper towels, 30-60 seconds. Top each tortilla with lettuce leaf. Scoop ½ cup chicken salad on each. Roll tortillas, securing with toothpicks if desired. Serve immediately or wrap in foil and refrigerate.
