Baked Pimiento Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Colby-jack cheese, shredded
- 2 (4-oz.) jars diced Dromedary® pimientos, drained & rinsed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons canned jalapeños, chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl. Spoon into greased two quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes Serve hot with crispy crackers, fresh veggies, or warm bread
