Who says you have to stick to the norm when creating an ooey-gooey plate of nachos? Not us! We love this version that replaces tortilla chips with tater tots and adds a Southern twist by using pimento cheese. Choose your favorite local variety to make it your own!

Ingredients

  1. 1 32-Ounce Package Lowes Foods Tater Bites
  2. 8 Ounces Pimento Cheese, Any Variety
  3. 3-4 Slices Bacon
  4. 3-4 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
  5. Sour Cream And Cilantro, Finely Chopped, For Garnish

Directions

  • Cook Tater Bites according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon according to package directions. Drain and set aside. When cool enough to handle, roughly chop.
  • When tots are ready, remove from oven and immediately transfer to plate.
  • While still warm, scoop dollops of pimento cheese over tots, allowing to melt.
  • Sprinkle bacon and green onions over tots.
  • Spoon sour cream on top, sprinkled with cilantro, to taste. Serve warm.
