Do not take unless directed by a doctor, if you have a breathing problem such a emphysema or chronic bronchitis, or if you have glaucoma or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland. Do not take this product if pregnant or nursing a baby. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult your doctor. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness. Take this product with caution if alcohol is being consumed. This product is for adults only and should not be given to children under 12 years of age. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. This product contains an antihistamine and will cause drowsiness. It should be used only at bedtime. Only use if tablet blister seals are unbroken.
