Instructions
Directions: Soak hands in warm, soapy water to soften cuticles. Push cuticles back with cuticle stick or cuticle pusher and cut away dead tissue. Do not cut healthy tissue as it will only toughen the skin and may damage the nail. Keep the scissors lightly oiled and store in dry place to ensure smooth, long-lived functionality.
