Instructions
Directions: Adults 18 /years and Older: Rinse and gargle with 10 ml (2 tsp) twice daily for 90 seconds after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Children 12-17 Years: Rinse and gargle with 10 ml (2 tsp) once daily after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating.
