Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Pan Fry Directions: If frozen, thaw before slicing. Slice sausage roll into patties at indicated marks. Preheat skillet to 350 degrees F (Medium Heat). Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side. (Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F.). Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
