Instructions
Easy Elote (Mexican Street Corn) Dip: Makes 32 oz of dip. 1 packet Spice Bazaar Mexican Street Corn Dip Mix; 2 (15.25oz) cans Lowes Foods Whole Kernel Corn; 1/2 cup (4oz) mayonnaise; 1/2 cup (4oz) Lowes Foods Sour Cream; 1/2 cup (4oz) Lowes Foods Cream Cheese, softened. Instructions: 1. Open and drain cans of whole kernel corn and add to large bowl. 2. Add 1 packet of Spice Bazaar Mexican Street Corn Dip Mix, sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise to the bowl. Stir until all contents are fully combined. 3. For a cold dip, refrigerate in a sealed container for 30 to 60 minutes and stir before serving. 4. For a hot dip, place ingredients in a heat-safe dish and heat until cream cheese is melted and contents are heated through. Stir and serve immediately. If desired, top with cotija cheese, diced jalapenos and cilantro. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
