Instructions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Ready to cook. Liver and Onions ingredients. 1 pound sliced beef liver. 2 Tablespoon butter, divided. 1 large Vidalia onion, sliced into rings. 1 cup all-purpose flour, or as needed. Salt and pepper to taste. Directions: 1. Remove liver slices from pouch and set aside to allow for thawing. 2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium Pat Separate onion rings. and spin them until soft. Remove onions. and melt remaining butter in the skillet. 3. In a shallow dish, season the flour with salt and pepper and men coat the int. slices in the mixture. 4. When the butter has melted, mm the heat up to medium-high, and place the coated liver slices in the pan. Cook until brown on the bottom. Turn, and cook the other side until browned. Add onions, and reduce heat to medium. Cook a bit longer to taste. Keep frozen. Resealable bag.
