Seasoning Mix, Garlic & Herb
Instructions
You Will Need: 1 lb red or white potatoes. 2 tbsp olive oil. Directions: (1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. lightly oil a large baking sheet. (2) Wash potatoes, peel if desired. Pat dry and cut into 1 inch pieces. (3) Mix potatoes and olive oil in a bowl, add packet contents (Organic ingredients may cake. Knead packet prior to opening) and mix again. (4) Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. (5) Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes and cook uncovered 10-15 minutes more, until crisp and tender. Tips: Substitute 1 lb. asparagus, green beans, or carrots, saute. Coat pork tenderloin with dry mix before cooking; refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
