Simply Organic Cilantro Lime Seasoning Mix

Directions (Oven). 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Reserve 2 tsp. Cilantro Lime Seasoning from packet for Cilantro Lime Honey Glaze (see below). 3. Make glaze and set aside. 4. Place pork and corn on a lined sheet pan. Combine remaining seasoning with oil; coat pork and corn, turning each piece to coat entire surface. 5. Cook for 20 minutes; remove from oven and cover pork with glaze. 6. Return to oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until center of pork reaches 145 degrees. Directions (Air Fryer). Cook seasoned pork tenderloin in a 4-6 quart air fryer at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; coat with glaze, add corn and cook for about 10 minutes, per air fryer directions, until center of pork reaches 145 degrees. Follow preparation and seasoning directions from Oven method. Make the Glaze. Mix 2 tsp. Cilantro Lime Seasoning with honey and lime juice. Drizzle over pork.
