Pork Loin Filet Made With Applewood Smoked Bacon Rubbed With Seasonings. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Wrap in foil and place on a roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 34-51 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Open top of foil during last 5 minutes of cooking to brown. Remove from oven and let the filet stand for several minutes before slicing. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For Grill: Place on low flame. Grill until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Turn to prevent burning. Remove from grill and let the filet stand for several minutes before slicing. Grill temperatures vary.
